She is also an advisor to companies ranging from startups to major multi-national corporations.

Professionally, over her career, Carol has helped clients complete more than $2 billion in transactions and transformational initiatives, including capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, licensing and partnership deals, as well as create 7-figure brand loyalty programs. She’s helped many brands create content and also monetize their viewers, fans and customer bases.
