Her accolades include an Olympic Gold Medal, an NCAA National Championship with Stanford, two World Championships, the Naismith Award, the Wade Trophy, and WNBA All-Star honors. She is also a recipient of the NCAA Silver Anniversary Award and serves on the USA Basketball Board of Directors.
As the Chief Business Development Officer for the two-time WNBA champion Las Vegas Aces, Jennifer drives the franchise’s growth and innovation. She launched the groundbreaking IX Awards at Allegiant Stadium, led the largest partnership deal in WNBA history, and founded the Aces Academy to develop future generations of athletes.
Before joining the Aces, Jennifer served as Associate Vice President at the University of San Francisco, where she played a key role in executing the university’s largest fundraising campaign. From 2010-2016, she was the Head Coach of USF Women’s Basketball, leading the program to its first NCAA tournament appearance in two decades and earning an APR Award for academic excellence. Through her six seasons as Head Coach at the University of San Francisco, Azzi transformed the women’s basketball program from arguably the worst program in the country, into a bona fide postseason contender. She led the Dons to their fourth NCAA tournament berth after knocking off the Nos. 3, 2 and 1 seeds to win the 2016 WCC Tournament, to earn the league’s automatic berth to the Big Dance.
With a career defined by excellence on and off the court, Jennifer continues to shape the future of sports through leadership, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to growth.
A native of Oak Ridge, TN, Jennifer attended Oak Ridge High School before matriculating to Stanford. In addition to her camps and clinics, she actively gives back to the region that she calls home. Her most recent community involvement project was with the NBA Cares program, where she partnered with the Golden State Warriors and other notable Bay Area figures to open two Live, Learn and Play Zones in East Oakland to serve local youth.
