Mike has given over 2,500 live speeches and presentations across the country. He has been featured in Small Business Trendsetters, Business Network, and many other publications.

In 2001, Mike began studying human behavior and what leads people to reaching their goals, both in their personal and professional lives. He is a husband and father and believes that everyone is already wired for success, sometimes we just need a little direction.
